Fashion Week Istanbul is Türkiye’s premier fashion event offering an international platform for designers from the region to seamlessly connect with media and buyers since 2013. The event will increase the domestic awareness of home grown fashion and increase the global presence of Turkish design, while highlighting the culture and sophisticated glamour that solidify Istanbul as a style capital where east meets west. Istanbul becomes the nation’s style attraction for Türkiye’s most innovative fashion designers, red carpet celebrities and retailers. It is Türkiye’s premier fashion and lifestyle event and showcases the best of Türkiye's design talent to the international fashion community. FWI is a season-less and gender-neutral event that runs twice a year. FWI is Türkiye’s most important fashion event that celebrates creativity and culture. FWI was organized by Istanbul Apparel Exporters’ Association (IHKIB) with the aim of devoloping fashion industry.
